Here’s what you can expect when you bring a car to us:

• A straightforward, detailed estimate that covers what your classic Mercedes needs. We may not find everything the first time, so this estimate may be updated as we sort out your vehicle.

• Indoor storage overnight, because nice cars shouldn’t sit out

• Up to date, real world insurance coverage of our facilities. We are happy to provide copies of our policy to our customers, and we can adjust it as needed for special cases.

• An extensive inventory of authentic Mercedes Benz parts

• Clear communication about the status of your vehicle, even on evenings or weekends.

Here is what we expect from our clients:

• Once you receive your estimate, you can approve any and all items you desire

• After this, we will request funds to purchase parts as well as a deposit for 25 percent of labor costs

• Patience and understanding goes a long way. These cars are complex, and making them work like they did when they were fresh and new is a time consuming process.

• Feedback- if we are not meeting your expectations, its ok to let us know so we can fix it!

If something goes wrong after a repair:

• Don’t worry- we will either come to you or have your car picked up. Then we can determine if its a warranty issue or not.

• Customers may be responsible for all or part of travel and transport costs

• If there’s a problem with anything we did, even if it’s not clear, we stand behind our work.

• Sometimes we may not be able to provide instant help, but we will figure out a solution as soon as we can.
